2. What data do we process?
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of data.
3. Purpose
We use your data to handle your request, prepare the requested quote and maintain the commercial contact arising from your enquiry. No automated decisions with legal effects are made.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form, as well as the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
5. Retention
We will keep your data for the duration of the commercial relationship and, thereafter, for the periods legally required. When it is no longer necessary, it will be securely deleted.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To manage the form and email we may use providers acting as data processors with appropriate safeguards. The contact form is processed via the FormSubmit service, which forwards messages to our email.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@securanza.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
